:::M. Audria is the founder, creator and therapist at Journey Zone. She has worked in the field of alternative lifestyle choices for nearly 6 years. Her mission began in the hills of Marin while working for an elite living foods restaurant called Roxanne's. Since its closing in 2004 she has worked to develop a thriving business in both live-food production, consulting and catering as well as energy, breath and body work. In 2006 she received a certification in Thai massage while traveling in Oaxaca, Mex. In 2005 she worked with renowned healers throughout SF and Marin to develop techniques in breath-work, chakra therapy and therapeutic tantra. An artist & singer-songwriter at heart, her passion is to uncover the highest potential available within the human body to radiate freely and live the dream:::

::Journey Zone is based off a model of an underground temple space and private supper club she help found in SF called the Sky Temple. The design is based around living free from the "grip" of the system, empowered by the choice we all have to declare independence and create from a place of sustainability, sincerity and secret::

Journey Zone is a safe interactive sanctuary for alternative healing & lifestyle choices

It is also a "Green Zone" meaning all the products in the space come from a conscious source. Everything is re-used & re-cycled in the kitchen as well as 100% organic and clean.

I like to think of being green like eating chocolate....go for 70% cocoa

Located just 10 minutes from West Hollywood, 20 from the valley, Journey Zone offers an oasis of alternative/underground healing and healthy lifestyle modalities that will turn your day and perhaps entire perspective around!

HEALING AND BODY DEVELOPMENT

~Integrated breath and body work~
A blend of Thai massage, spinal networking, chakra therapy and breath-work, applied comfortably clothed on massage mat. Some work is done seated or standing. Yoga may apply.
($80 per hour)

~Energy, toning and meditation therapy~
A softer technique done in lotus or lying down. May include Tibetan bowl playing, drumming or vocal toning as well as visualization and silent mediation. Positive affirmation and abundance manifestation work can be done here.
($80 per hour)

~Jedi-training~
May include work with staff, poi, hoop or hiking into the wild and getting down with the tress (if you know what I mean) this is a process of “freeing-up” and becoming a “prepared” and peaceful warrior.
($60 per hour)

GOURMET LIVE-FOOD AND CONSCIOUS COOKED FOOD

~Lifestyle and nutrition consulting~
Sharing of current eating habits and everyday life environments. Looking deep into the patterns to see what is or is not working or necessary. Analysis is taken intuitively as is anecdotes. Printouts with suggested meal plans, shopping, products, restaurants, markets and herbs will be recommended.
($60 per hour)



~Hands-on intensive~
Learn to make and create your own raw and living foods, with or without animal proteins! Macro and cooked food with a conscious is also available. Take food home to your friends and family as well as recipes that are covered in the session.
($80- per hour with food cost covered)

~Private dinners at Journey Zone or your home~
Co-create a menu of up to 5 courses and 12 guests.
($35 to $100 per person)
